Abby’s Story

I first met Abby S. at a Google meeting and she was all smiles and her vivacious personality showed through the screen. We talked a bit and got to know each other and planned to do our shoot. Being from a small town in Alabama, we had to wait until we could meet up in person at the college. Finally, the day came, and we had a fun mini shoot. It was super humid that day. To top it off, it was midday, and we had to seek shady spots, but we did it!

Abby is an incoming freshman and plans to major in communications and work as a Leadership Fellow. She enjoyed her high school years and intends to make the most of college as well. Abby loves outdoor activities such as kayaking, playing tennis, shopping or simply reading a book in the sunshine. She also has experience in modeling for a couple local photographers. Her favorite quote is one from the late Maya Angelou :”People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but will never forget how you made them feel.” What an awesome quote!! With Abby describing herself as optimistic, friendly and honest, we know Abby is going to achieve her goals in life. Best wishes to you, Abby!!!
